This Jayco Eagle travel trailer arrived with water intrusion along the roof perimeter and localized rot in the deck and framing. We completed a full roof reconstruction from tear-off and structural repairs to a new membrane, then refreshed interior ceiling panels and lighting in the living room, bedroom, and bath. The result is a watertight roof system with clean, factory-level finishes inside and out.
Leak trace, moisture mapping, and roof perimeter inspection
Tear-off of aged membrane and failed sealants
Removal of compromised decking; rot cut out and framing repaired
Roof truss sections rebuilt; wiring harness organized and secured
New insulation installed; OSB decking re-sheeted and seams trued
New white roof membrane installed and rolled for adhesion
Proper perimeter terminations; vents, skylight, and fixtures reset with butyl and lap sealant
Rear cap and roofline cleaned and detailed
Interior ceiling panels renewed in living room, bedroom, and bath
LED ceiling fixtures reinstalled or updated; trim and touch-ups completed
Final fastener check, seam inspection, and controlled water test
