This mid-’90s Itasca Sunflyer arrived with worn carpet/vinyl and localized subfloor issues around vents and the access hatch. We removed the legacy flooring, inspected/secured seams, templated thresholds, and installed premium LVP through the aisle with a clean cockpit transition and finished stepwell. The result is a durable, easy-clean floor with a factory-level fit and modern look.

Subfloor inspection, seam repair, and leveling

Slide-floor track area cleaned and trued

Access hatch framed, trimmed, and finished

Vent and threshold templates cut to fit

Premium LVP installed through main aisle

Cockpit doghouse transition fabricated
