Forest River Salem Villa interior received a coordinated flooring and bath refresh to replace worn factory finishes, correct subfloor issues, and tie the sunroom, living area, and bath into one continuous space.
Removed original linoleum, carpet, and factory trim throughout the front lounge, galley, hallway, and bath
Inspected, dried, and repaired subfloor, replacing damaged sections and tightening fasteners
Installed new underlayment and leveled transitions at slide rooms and doorway openings
Laid new wood-look vinyl plank flooring, using herringbone at the entry and straight lay through the main coach for a clean, residential feel
Refinished the front lake-view room with matching flooring so the sunroom flows with the interior
Rebuilt and refit the bath floor, toilet platform, and shower entry, then finished with fresh trim and sealant
Reinstalled seating, cabinetry, and fixtures for a tight, factory-style finish that showcases the new floors
