This destination trailer arrived with ongoing water intrusion along the roof edge and the front living wall. Inspection found rot at the roof deck, perimeter seams, and the window header, along with interior trim and ceiling damage. We performed a complete perimeter tear-down, rebuilt the affected framing, replaced compromised OSB, and installed a new roof membrane with properly terminated edges and sealed penetrations. Inside, we repaired ceiling details and lighting, refit cabinetry and pantry areas, corrected door-jamb alignment, refreshed the bath enclosure, and finished with clean trim work. The result is a watertight roof system and a modern, factory-level interior finish.
Leak trace, moisture mapping, and full perimeter inspection
Roof perimeter tear-off and cleanup of failed sealants
Replacement of rotted window header and adjacent wall framing
Roof deck OSB sections replaced, seams secured, surfaces trued
New perimeter termination strip and adhesive/sealant system installed
New roof membrane rolled in, vents and accessories reset with fresh butyl and lap sealant
Interior remediation: ceiling beam and crown repaired, recessed light panel restored
Pantry and refrigerator surround refit, door-jamb and trim corrected
Bath enclosure cleaned, re-sealed, and finished
Finish carpentry, touch-up, and hardware reset
Final quality control: fastener check, seam inspection, and controlled water test
